I’m Monika, founder of MTVA & Co, and I built this business on one simple promise: Less Stress, More Success.

As a busy boy mum and business owner, I know how valuable your time really is. What began as a solo venture has naturally grown into MTVA & Co - a boutique, founder-led support collective helping ambitious salon, beauty and service-based businesses stay visible, organised and supported.

As Founder and Lead VA, I personally oversee the strategy, vision and quality behind every client relationship. You are then thoughtfully paired with a dedicated associate who works closely with you to deliver the day-to-day support your business needs.
